Refund policy

At Nomadic State of Mind South MEA, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of delivery for a refund, swap or credit.

To return an item you must: Email hello@nomadicstateofmindmea.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Return the item (at your cost) within 7 days of the date you received, in the same condition as it arrived e.g. unworn, and with the original tags. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may return it for a refund, swap or credit. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is not in its original condition or if it has been damaged due to improper handling.

Note: This is not applicable to sale items.
